If you need a dashboard to tell you what your employees are doing, you are clearly an ineffective manager. This dashboard monitors sites that you are on, keystrokes, and has the ability to view the employee’s screen. Unfortunately, it incorrectly labels websites as unproductive, and if you want to surf the web while traveling for work or on your lunch break you are no longer considered productive.
