I'm not sure what happened to the reviewers before me, but I have a very dissenting opinion on the company. I've worked there in multiple positions and geographies in the last two years, and this is the by far the best company I've been in. For reference, I previously worked in investment banking and built a fashion startup. So, the pros: - Extraordinary team: the people you meet there are not only bright. They genuinely want to make the world a better place by fostering innovation. The level of dedication, intelligence and experience is impressive. - Trusting management: the company has managed to maintain a scrappy startup culture. That means that the management team is always ready to entrust you with big responsibilities and projects that will give you the level of exposition you've always wanted. - Great mentors: senior management always has time when you need to talk about your job, your career opportunities or even how you're doing at the moment. In two years, I met 3 inspirational figures that became mentors for me. Priceless.

- If you're not into the startup culture, don't come here. The senior management has a lot to deal with, so you're expected to step up and be accountable for serious decisions. If you can't take it, I understand how you may end up frustrated. Personally, this is what keeps me sharp and interested every day!
