Management is horrible. Employees are rude to other employees and when you complain about it you become the problem, not them, but they claim to be a non retaliation company. Management also does not stick to their promises. Getting raises is pretty much out of the question, they would rather let you go. It does not matted how long you have worked for this company in regards to transfers, trying to move up and hours.

I am sad we did not meet your expectations. I would love to be able to provide the right opportunity for each of our valuable staff, but the reality is that opportunities for growth and promotion may not meet the demand at all times. Great atmosphere and wonderful people. They have a card that covers most insurance costs making our benefits package much more useful.

Getting hired at Clear Align was easy, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing people. I truly enjoyed the colleagues I worked with.

At Clear Align, it quickly became "CLEAR" that many of my colleagues shared the same sentiment. I was constantly reminded that I had made a mistake by joining the company, which was unsettling. Though I was only there for a short time, I frequently heard negative comments about the owner and the toxic environment. Whenever I asked for clarification, the response was always the same: 'You'll find out,' accompanied by a knowing smirk. And I did. The owner proved to be extremely difficult to work for. 'Micro-managing' didn’t even begin to describe it. The constant yelling and condescending remarks created a hostile and unprofessional atmosphere. I knew I had to leave. One piece of advice: do not advocate for yourself. Doing so could result in termination or retaliation by the owner.
