Vantaggi

The company understands that we have a life outside of work and that family comes first. I've never had to worry about losing time because of a sick child or a snow day. As long as I get my work done, no one complains. I get to work with a great bunch of people that work well together.

Svantaggi

Some things can be a challenge when trying to communicate between different departments. I think this is a challenge within every company.

Great atmosphere and wonderful people. They have a card that covers most insurance costs making our benefits package much more useful.

Getting hired at Clear Align was easy, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing people. I truly enjoyed the colleagues I worked with.

At Clear Align, it quickly became "CLEAR" that many of my colleagues shared the same sentiment. I was constantly reminded that I had made a mistake by joining the company, which was unsettling. Though I was only there for a short time, I frequently heard negative comments about the owner and the toxic environment. Whenever I asked for clarification, the response was always the same: 'You'll find out,' accompanied by a knowing smirk. And I did. The owner proved to be extremely difficult to work for. 'Micro-managing' didn’t even begin to describe it. The constant yelling and condescending remarks created a hostile and unprofessional atmosphere. I knew I had to leave. One piece of advice: do not advocate for yourself. Doing so could result in termination or retaliation by the owner.
