Vantaggi
The pay was good. Fridge was stocked. A handful of other good co-workers.
Svantaggi
I have worked for a professional sports union, as well as multiple law/employment law departments and firms. This appears to find new ways to lower the ethical and moral standards for employment. As an employee, you're believed to be disposable. Do not expect to be adequately trained, and if you know more than someone else, watch out. Any boasted commitment to caring about employees is merely lip service. It is hard to be trained by someone that lacks any genuine direction in training/planning, along with a bare minimum understanding of the industry. If you have a modicum of reason, and approach a task with logic, you will likely be chastised for it. Apparently there's only room for one great thinker in the office...
