terrible manager and owner - Recensione dipendente - Technician presso ClearView Services

the mananger has no experience at all on heating and plumbing , i asked for some parts and looked at my like what is that !!! just a sales guy . the owner focused on sales , sales . I was away from work because the covid quarantine and my kid sick for 3-4 days and they send me a email to fire me because they looking for a person without soo many family responsibilities . I talked to the manager and he told me we lay you off so you can claim EI. after a week i check my EI and was not approved because they actually fire me . terrible company and bunch of liars
