-Management is abusive to staff, unable to treat them with any respect, you are just a number to them and that is made clear from their staff turnover and constant firing of staff for minor instances and they will prewarn other staff of dismissals to cause tension and a negative atmosphere. -Technicians are also treat poorly by management and dispatch, if any issues occur with a technician no matter how big or small you will overhear management shouting at dispatch that they want to fire the tech. -Office management does not like to take calls so you will have to call customers with negative reviews to remove them, handle all complaints going back and forth from your manager and the customer to try to resolve the issue. -You will receive awful treatment and spite if your conversion drops below 80%, be it 1 day or 1 week.
