      You are accepted for who you are!!! They are big on just being yourself. *Huge on fellowship and communication* The company is growing very quickly. The company incentives are pretty good as well, now offering shares in the company as part of the package!

      A start-up company that is still "feeling its way around" with candidates. If you do not know (how to) something, but it is in your scope of practice/ job title to adhere to, it is your responsibility to still handle that task. A lot of video chats. 30-60-90 day plan is very strict so stay on your toes!
