      The place used to be focused on making and supporting the best products possible its customers. They were sincere and dedicated to their customers. Top to bottom everyone cared and worked hard for a common goal. Layoffs were rare and avoided unless absolutely required.

      The place was purchased by a larger company who brought in manufacturing economies of scale. they financed their improvements in part with job cuts and layoffs as soon as orders dropped.

      I enjoyed wiring and using hand tools to make different units. It was very exciting to work at different stations, to learn a something new also.

      There was not a downside to my job. I loved my job, hours were good, the distance to work was close, friendly working atmosphere, I really enjoyed working for Cleveland Range.
