No Communication.
Upper Management are liars. (they say one thing now, but when asked the same question later, they didn't say that or mean another).
Low Pay.
IT Dept team is incompetent ( how do you ask a blind person that takes the PARTA to bring their desktop to work, not laptop, DESKTOP).
Insufficient Training and get scolded for incorrect answers.
Must record all conversations with co-workers due to miscommunication or liars in upper management.
Just plain terrible place to work for.
Don't know what calls you are taking but expect to know.
