We are definitely a customer centric business, and as such, we are beholden to our deliverables and making sure we meet our customers needs 100% of the time. In terms of training, we do offer over 50 training courses per year that are open to all employees ranging from skills based training to management and leadership training. We encourage you to reach out to our Managing Director of Learning and Development to take advantage of these courses. While we are certainly growing and hiring new employees at a rapid pace, our turnover is well below market average and we are proud of the stability of our workforce and dedication of our employees.
