- One of the most welcoming workplaces I’ve ever been in - Working on projects where I directly feel the positive impact of my contributions to the client. - Flexibility in working style: you can almost treat it like a fully remote job if you wanted, or come into the office and enjoy time with the great people there. - A wealth of free snacking options in the office. - The CEO, Matt, is an incredibly friendly guy, a leader in both action and spirit, and gets excited about emerging technologies like LLMs just like the rest of us devs.

If I recognized something they were failing at, I could write a proper cons list here, but I’ve been in more ambitious companies, better paying companies, and more chill companies, that were ultimately worse places to work exactly because of the consequences of those aspects.

Great people to work for and with! The leadership team is understanding and puts life before work. Everyone here works hard and has fun while doing it!
