Independent role, decent roofing product

You'll be lucky to make it past your probation period as a sales rep here. Lots of talk about support, but three months probation is all you will get before being gunned if you don't make lots of sales. You will have no idea of exactly what expectations are until you don't meet them. Installation crews vary from great to absolutely terrible which causes a lot of problems with customers. You are on 100% commission as an independent contractor with no benefits and are forced to bank with the bank of their choosing. When they terminate you they won't pay any commissions owed which is symptomatic of lots of unethical behaviour by leadership at the company. They take advertising money out of your commissions but will never accurately tell you how much they have spent and they control what advertising gets booked. Another company giving the roofing industry a bad name.

Good roofing product but nothing else.

Very bad organization, very bad management, very shady people who make moves like crooks, out to get every dollar they can from everyone's pocket including their employees. They rip off customer after customer with incomplete work and no refunds, they rip off installers who do the work well and complete the jobs by not paying in full and paying months later if payed at all after the installer has paid for many roofs out of their pocket, just stay away everyone these crooks belong in jail
