I've worked in, volunteered in, and consulted in a number of hyper-growth environments and what sets Client Command apart is its people. It's a season of hyper-growth and those seasons have unique challenges. To use a house analogy -- It's a lot easier to build a new house from scratch than it is to transform an existing floorplan. So, it can be frustrating when you realize you need to re-wire the electrical before you can move the washer/dryer. This is not the first environment where I have experienced hyper-growth and transformation. I would classify the challenges as normal for organizations in this season, but that doesn't make it easy or convenient.
