Told to post positive reviews, you have no chance of promotion if you don’t play by the script or over the age of 35. Pay is far below any of their competition. They took back a lot of benefits in order to be competitive. If you ask the actual person doing the work how the support the customer and how the customer supports the war fighter, they have no clue just robots being programmed to do a basic function. Leadership has no clue with what reality is, it’s not all fun and game with catch phrases. Sometime you got to roll up the sleeves and work too.
