Great place to start out for young post-collegiate, energetic and fun-loving employees. You can have a lot of fun and maybe make a few best friends here if you’re looking to start out and have a good time (while learning the acquisition ropes). It’s kind of like a new dorm in college, so great if you’re 22.

Most employees don’t live in a dorm and cutesy “fun” for the mid-level, senior and serious professional is not helpful. Senior leaders seem to be focused on cultivating juniors/new employees... which is a wasted effort when these same new employees realize they will be paid more elsewhere after 6 months on the floor. High turnover as a result. Apparent goals to graduate to large business are at odds with the constant rollout of new initiatives with random cartoonish themes. Leadership above the immediate manager level doesn’t appear mature and they don’t get out and meet with employees or really understand where their employees are at.
