I am sorry that my lack of formal education offends you. While I may not have a formal education, I do believe that this also allows me to not be so judgmental about others. Perhaps there is a leeson there... We are constantly working to train our managers and help everyone get better. We are not aware of anyone who is fearful of their job but every single person that worked around you while you were here, are still here. If they are fearful then I would encourage them to come forward so we can calm their fears. We have great people here and none of them should be fearful of losing their jobs. I am uncertain of any fighting, yelling or insulting behavior. That is certainly never condoned and I have never witnessed such behavior. It is a shame that you would make such baseless accusations.
