Used to be a really good company but in the end there was very few good things to say.

Bad salaries and perks, a lot of competition and peer pressure, they are into public humiliation with a hint of prejudice, but they call it accountability. HR refuses do something about the complains they get, they want you to perform 150% even if takes your free time, leads expect you to undertand instructions they didn't give you. Very toxic environment overall.

Few meetings, people aren't on your back, flexible hours

I did not have what I needed to do my job for most of the internship, would have been better if these project specifications were figured out before starting.
