Okay so where to begin? "Space and Grace" is preached but not Practiced The company always accommodates the affiliates but none of their employees. Quality assurance is rigged. Even if you get a 90% or higher you can still be up for "Coaching" because of their issue tracker Double Standards Leadership frankly fails at being leaders. Your main manager will always be in "Meetings" You will be written up for nonsense Obvious favoritism No dedicated spanish team they just route calls to you and you have to rely on a janky interpreter service Obvious lack of diversity No promotions available ever Constant changed made last minute No set schedule Any promises made or rewards talked about will be forgotten pretty much next day No break in between calls Always new "Expectations" that make no sense Training becomes outdated immediately because new things are constantly added to make our jobs as convoluted as possible.

Working from home is convenient and saves money on gas and commuting. You don’t have to worry about travel or bad weather. The job also has downtime, with some days involving long gaps between calls

The QA (quality assurance) standards and scoring criteria change frequently, which makes it difficult to know what is expected and to succeed consistently. I was hired with the promise of a stipend, but it was taken away shortly after I started, which felt misleading. A new “Par II” role was introduced without warning and requires significantly more work and responsibility without fair compensation. Policies, expectations, and procedures are constantly changing, creating instability and unnecessary stress. Overall, the compensation does not match the amount of work, pressure, and hoops employees are expected to jump through.
