Upper Management have been nothing less then supportive and understand with my volunteer work in SAR and Disaster Response. The job can physically be demanding but that is nature of the beast. The crews are pretty good, each person brings something to the table and typically work very well together while having fun.

I would say in landscaping starting out the wages are not always the most competitive, but you do the work and don't complain and you will be rewarded.
