Good pay if you fight for it, supportive coworkers and a lot of teamwork, meals provided, decent amount of PTO, always something interesting going on.

Toxic, in a high school way. Administration prioritizes money and filling beds over patient care and staff safety. Management turnover is unreal. All attempts to improve quickly fail and are brushed under the rug.
