The work environment is very positive and I highly recommend this company if that matter to you. The management team is very supportive and always willing to help when needed.

The hardest part of the job is trying to juggle everything that needs to be done in a day/week and managing expectations. Job progression/professional development opportunities are still in their infancy at this company, so it takes a lot of initiative to advance. Luckily, there is a lot to do.
