Unpleasant and Disappointing - Recensione dipendente - Operations Intern presso Clocky

I wouldn't recommend this internship. There was a serious lack of MENTORSHIP, TEAMWORK, and even Zoom meetings. Basically you will be left to watch instructional videos to figure out how to use their tools and conduct research on your own. It's evident that the CEO lacks understanding about research and can be unreasonable at times (but it's understandable). The absence of clear due dates made it difficult to plan, and the CEO would just assign multiple tasks and mark the tasks completed when you are done, no FEEDBACK at all. I was confused and unsupported from the beginning to the end. I would prefer to volunteer my time to help others rather than continue in an environment where professional growth and development are not prioritized.
