Working alongside a pioneer in the field of sustainable design was extremely gratifying. I learned a lot. Clodagh was a strong leader who was always looking to not only help me advance in my skills but also was mindful of my workload. She took good care of me and was open to my suggestions. I lived working with the designers, human resources manager and the entire staff. We were a family.
