The comission structure was really good to work in sales and there was no micromanagement. Always cared about targets and if we achieve it, it is good.

No stability at all and do not know how to organise. No matter how hard you work here, there is no stability. People who make wrong decisions at the top level are not peanlised for any mistake they take, instead they enjoy a huge salary for bad decisions and do not even work hard.
