Management can’t tell their hind from their elbow. Frequently went weeks without hearing from a team lead. Support chats were anything but supportive, and the “help desk” made you feel like an idiot for reaching out for help. Management had no sense of compassion, quoting policy above all else but ignoring it whenever it benefited them.
