There’s no clear leadership and no path to follow. It’s basically ‘make your own adventure.’ HR doesn’t exist — they’re only there for the interview and then they vanish. Nothing is clear, everyone pulls in different directions. The company has operations in several countries, but it feels like only people in Argentina count — the rest don’t exist. It’s painful to see how they fire people like crazy, with no warning, no performance review, nothing. This is the WORST company ever. And the salaries? In Colombia they’re just barely above minimum wage.
