Internal career growth has become a priority Great Founders/Executive team Micromanagement is nonexistent letting you live a healthy work/life balance.

Sometimes you feel very separated from the rest of the company due to it being remote, but they are actively working against that. There is a lot of executive back patting while sometimes the little guy may feel under appreciated.
