Company Direction: Cool product, but sales management is a bit schizophrenically on chasing one-off implementations rather than figuring out how to position the platform itself within the market as a whole. I believe that due to a history in software sales, management and sales team have a tendency to cripple deals due to lack of understanding. Fire and forget is not an effective strategy for hardware sales. Benefits: 401k investment options are abysmal - funds with poor performance records and high fees. No index funds. Health/Dental/Vision options are mediocre for remote employees. Slightly better selection for VA-based employees.
