The CEO has no direction and constantly asks you to drop what you're doing to work on another task. He hires for a position and winds up assigning other duties to work on instead. You're asked to work at his house in what he calls a "conference room" but it's really nothing more than a dining room with computers stationed at the walls. He will only hire attractive Asian females (he has a fetish for Asian women). It's a revolving door of contractors who he hires and who never stay for long because he micromanages. It's a weird environment and a dead-end job - there is zero room for growth.
