He repeatedly verbally abused staff and higher-ups from the credit department, but he was protected from being fired and still is employed with the company to this day. Any company that protects abusive misogynists should be ashamed of their practices - Head Office is essentially like the blind leading the blind. No one ever knows what is going on, or what the plan is. I'm sure this is why you were hacked as badly as you were. It was unconscionable to not notify your customers of this hack, as their personal information could have been stolen! - So much conflict of interest at Head Office. Having the owner's son and daughter running departments elicits an environment of fear, in which higher-ups are afraid to "cross the line" in asking them for anything. This causes not only confusion but fear-based practices. If you want a fair playing ground, which you claim you have, then this is not the way to go about it.
