In the beginning there was a passion and commitment to the brand - making the right choices to support employees and their customers. The quality of the product was very important and the managers at that time cared about their staff.

Svantaggi

The company shifted to all bottom line performance - this affected the core values - integrity to customers and staff was lost. Company would not listen to change of direction from evidence of the team - only cut costs to meet larger bottom line needs to support the stock price - losing significant market share in our area and the commitment from team members.

Energized by a new CEO and management team with a gritty desire to move fast and win. Very rewarding and refreshing for the right type of motivated individuals. Not for the faint of heart!

Svantaggi

The main con is the complacent and slow moving culture - which is rapidly evolving. Tough current market conditions will pass and new leadership will position the business for long term success. There are a couple of bad eggs who create a really toxic and unproductive workplace. Hopefully they’re sorted out over time.
