The people are key to Cm3 - everyone is so supportive and friendly. There is no red tape, and there is open communication between all roles and business units. We have a genuinely great ecosystem of solutions, supported by exceedingly talented and knowledgeable team. Work/life balance is great - Everyone works primarily from home, but we have a great office in Southbank teams try to convene at on a regular basis. Fun grass-roots initiatives like demos of individual side projects and the occasional virtual games lunch event over Teams. We have a "startup" feel, but with the stability of a large corporation. Being a tiny part of a massive parent group of companies can make you feel small, but I think this is offset by Cm3's amazing growth trajectory and culture. Being a flatter organisational structure, there's not as much room for growth without staff movement, but tenure is rewarded and opportunities for innovation and growth are provided. Internal promotions are commonplace. There are also opportunities for promotions and job opportunities across the wider Wesfarmers group.
