      Thank you for your 5 star rating and for your review and feedback. All colleagues that work for Co-op Group, either permanent or fixed term are entitled to apply for a colleague member discount card. This gets you 30% discount on Co-op products in store and 10% off other brands. If you work for a different Co-op Society then discounts may vary and we recommend that you check with your store manager.

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
