      Good starting salary. Warm welcome and given more responsibility if needed.

      Management is not concerned in staff or customers and can come across rude. This led to a high turnover of staff. Minimal training given e.g. 5 minute talk yet high expectation.

      Thankyou for your review. I'm sorry to hear you felt you didn't received any training in your role, this should not have been the case and I hope you mentioned this to your manager or the HR team so they could look into this. We have a colleague recognition programme that is being built upon in 2018 to recognise those colleagues who are Being Co-op. ^Catherine

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
