      Days off, days off, days off and days off. Which I rarely get.

      No improvement career wise, 10 hour shifts, less staff members on shift so more work load for you, 6 days work with no days off which means no social life at all. rude managers with bullying tactics, hard work at co-op does not pay off! Rubbish pay and not worth it in the long run unless you want to earn peanuts, break your spine and get treated like elephant dung by your manager.

      Thankyou for your review. I"m sorry to hear you're not currently enjoying your role in store and would not recommend it to others. All colleagues are entitled to days off, if your manager is not allowing this please do raise this immediately with the HR team so this can be looked into. ^Catherine

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
