Don't always do things logically (Send excessive amounts of stock to Food stores which stores end up hoarding in warehouse), Sometimes get's stressful when they is a big delivery but too little staff (But other companies MAY be like that, so can't complain too much), promotion changes can be challenging and tight for time when unable to built promotion displays until after 6pm (4pm would be better, customers can still retrieve offers from the shelf), Team leader pay could be better (in comparison with other retailers).
