Awful place to work - Recensione dipendente - Funeral Arranger presso Co-op

I’ve never worked in such a toxic environment. Bullying initiated by manager. Rife with office gossips and backstabbing. Training was basic you’re expected to pick it all up through e-learning. Poor pay for what you’re expected to do. No support. Very much an admin role rather than a funeral arranger. There’s no arranging with families unless you’re lucky enough to be given a direct cremation. Funeral directors know their role but little else and happily pass the buck of something goes wrong.
