      good pay for those without higher education.

      systems are ancient, hard to work with, youre expected to take a lot of abuse from customers and will be reprimanded for as little as sighing on a long phone call.

      Thank you for your review and feedback. We're sorry that you feel this way. Working in customer service can be challenging at times, however we encourage all our colleagues to be respectful. We'd ask that you reflect on how you would feel being on the end of a call where someone was sighing and how this might make you feel. If you have any concerns about interactions with customers we advice that you speak with your manager.

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
