At Co-op we review our salaries annually and each role within the organisation has been allocated a Work Level based on its job size. Every Work Level is linked to a pay range with a minimum value, a maximum value, and relevant industry benchmarks. The benchmark value is based upon the external market and is used as a reference point. There are a number of factors that influence colleague pay, including internal equity, experience, and your individual performance. Should you want to grow your salary even further, you may consider applying for roles at a higher work level.
