      -other staff were friendly -adequate training provided -team leaders brilliant.

      Svantaggi

      -terrible store manager at the time, has changed since -lack of hours available leaving the teams strained. -lack of notice or career progression in any capacity. -low pay -"community" values are all a facade. -no flexibility with hours because when hours come you need them to maintain pay.

We're sorry that you felt that there was no career progression for you, did you ever sign up for internal job alerts on the careers site? There are a number of roles across the organisation and not just in retail.

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
