CoBank's honest commitment to the customer is refreshing and inspiring. The bank's support of its employees is second to none: an incredibly thoughtful compensation plan, a real work/life balance, an executive team/board of directors that clearly care about the employees and act to promote a healthy work environment.

The bank is not without opportunities to grow. There does appear to be a renewed focus to ease certain pain-points. A dedication to Diversity and Inclusion is clear, as is the commitment to IT.

Financially speaking CoBank is a stable company. The yearly bonus payout is competitive,

It's referred to as "CoBank nice" which is another way of saying it's a passive-aggressive culture.
If you dislike endless meetings, this environment can be frustrating.
Strong resistance to change at the leadership levels - despite claims of being focused on transformation, real progress is very limited.
Extremely slow pace.
Recent months have brought significant organizational and leadership changes, but very little acknowledgement about the impact those changes have on associates.
PTO is definitely not competitive.
