During the pandemic the country has endured a great deal of change. Like much of the country, CoBank has developed a flexible-remote working style and the decisions that have been made for the bank may not be suitable for all associates. We are working hard to make ensure that our teams are well positioned for the future and meet the needs of our customers. You can rest assure that everyone here has a purpose to serve and does so within a culture of excellence and top performance.
Financially speaking CoBank is a stable company. The yearly bonus payout is competitive,

It's referred to as "CoBank nice" which is another way of saying it's a passive-aggressive culture.
If you dislike endless meetings, this environment can be frustrating.
Strong resistance to change at the leadership levels - despite claims of being focused on transformation, real progress is very limited.
Extremely slow pace.
Recent months have brought significant organizational and leadership changes, but very little acknowledgement about the impact those changes have on associates.
PTO is definitely not competitive.
