- Cooperative model allows for contractors to eventually become co-owners. Everyone has an opportunity to have a say. - The people who work at Colab are drawn to it due to similar values and principles, and a recognition that we need to take a more evolved approach to business, technology, and corporate design. It was very nice to work with such high minded people. - Projects are varied and interesting. - Ultimate flex job in terms of hours and location

- It's difficult to coordinate 20+ contractors all working on different schedules in different places.
