We had a strong Team overall, and our commitment to our internal and external Members were unmatched. The Credit Union was extremely generous and it was a fun and hardworking experience.

The Management Team was not always flexible, having more than our fair share of 6:30am meetings several times a month which was extremely hard when children did not go to school before 8am.

Great company culture: energetic engagement from and of everyone. The people is the reason you will stay. They are friendly, helpful, and great troopers. Management believes in investing in employees and promoting from within. Benefits are good. Growth opportunity for front line jobs are great. Employees are supportive towards each other especially during medical absences. Pro environment ("green") practices due in part to its mission statement and HQ being a LEED building.

Salary isn't competitive, however benefits and growth opportunities make up for it. Cross training to other areas is not available. Long hours on occasion.
