This organization is poorly managed, the training is awful, and when you walk through the offices in the NY office its like you are in a concentration camp, nothing but silence and people with frowns. The training consists of being handed a manual and being told read it. You are trained by making errors and then being scolded for them, and therefore learn to never make the same error again. The hours are ridiculously long, and god forbid you hit traffic and walk in at 8:02. Creativity and suggestions are laughed at. I have been in the workforce for over over 20 years and this was my absolute worst experience as an employee. My ultimate regret is that I stayed as long as I did.
