      People, some of them. If you survive here, you can survive anywhere.

      Just about everything. No management or leadership, no strategy, constant financial woes which are then blamed on the employees trying to do their best, clocking in and out like a factory and then management uses this as the basis to fire people even though you may stay late if you are late 10 minutes you are through. Everyone on management does what the owner says and are too afraid or have given up trying to convince him otherwise.

      This organization is poorly managed, the training is awful, and when you walk through the offices in the NY office its like you are in a concentration camp, nothing but silence and people with frowns. The training consists of being handed a manual and being told read it. You are trained by making errors and then being scolded for them, and therefore learn to never make the same error again. The hours are ridiculously long, and god forbid you hit traffic and walk in at 8:02. Creativity and suggestions are laughed at. I have been in the workforce for over over 20 years and this was my absolute worst experience as an employee. My ultimate regret is that I stayed as long as I did.
