HR is new and is in unfamiliar environment. It is trying to understand the malfunctioning individuals, process and traditions. But some employees are self centered and rely on jack/patching rather performing their core responsibilities specially the M.D.Os. Not 1 conversion in a week, not in month and not even in a year is performed by them, instead the P.S.Os are held responsible for each and every thing by giving them sales pressure and depression.
