The owners are magnificent people!

They pay me way too much!

If you are looking to improve your skill this is not the place to get knowledge ,no one is trained .Managment lies to other management ,the place is about excuses and blaming other people .Yes there is overtime ,20 years ago the company at Elmsford would produce 50 million cases with 4 production lines .Now they have had a large cash injection and now have production 5 lines, the struggle to get 38 million cases out .That give you an idea of the professionalism at the plant at all levels .Most people have risen to their own level of incompetence ,next step is to become legends in their own minds .I cannot think of any pro's .

There really are no pros only cons, you do not get any vacation the first year .You only get 6 Federal Holidays a year .They took away the Pension and the medical is sub par .The place is 100 degrees in the summer .Most of the good people at their job get out of there ,lot of people in management do not know what they are doing ,but there were 35 managers let go in a 2 year period .Only to be replaced with another idiot which we called them manager for now soon to be gone .Over 120 people have been fired in the last 2 years for BS reasons .You be the judge if you want to work there ,just wait outside at finishing time and ask a few people and see if I am wrong .
