      Very segmented, not friendly environment, upsets to many sub contractors and clients. Expected to work long hours which salary does not reflect. Very report conscious but uses bad computer package.

      Cockram Construction is just breaking into the CM market in USA. Although the company has extensive experience globally in CM, this is a new area in USA.

      Fun projects and room to grow a career. Everyone loves their job and is pleasant to work with.

      Management is disorganized. The office is stuffy, ugly, crowded and literally nothing can be done to make it better besides demolishing the building. Everyone eats lunch at their desks because the kitchen is as small as the bathroom. To get a parking spot you have to arrive at 6AM, otherwise good luck. Unfortunately the salaries posted on glassdoor are not accurate, don't expect to get paid very well.
